Recruitment Guideline

=BeL= Recruitment Objective(s):
To recruit exceptional players to manage all the daily matters, maintain order in =BeL= clan server and to find potential talents to be the future management and lead the clan growth

Application Requirements
To be successful, applicant should possess 4 prerequisite requirements:

1) Decent gaming skill

2) 2 months regular gaming experience in =BeL= clan server is a must

3) Independence, Mature, Excellent interpersonal skill to deal with different people, ability to manage the server under pressure

4) Respect every player in the =BeL= clan server and share the same belief on =BeL= clan rules

Note:
We offer opportunities to show your competencies and attractive membership path if member shows commitment and contribution towards the clan.

Applicants without getting Region Clan Leaders’ reply within 4 weeks from the application date may consider their applications unsuccessful. =BeL= clan reserves the right not to fill the member vacancy(s). Application post will be used for recruitment purposes only and will be deleted within 8 weeks.

Application without completing application form will not be entertained. Applicant rejected within 3 months from the last application date will not be considered again.

Recruiter Guideline

●Region Leader is the recruitment decision maker

●Region Leader must add [Pending] for notice when they found new application

●Region Leader must reply the application result within 4 weeks from the application date and add [Accepted] or [Rejected] for notice

●We follow strict recruitment policy, if applicant cannot show us 4 prerequisite requirements, or anything in doubt, please [REJECT] it

●Opening an application related poll is for reference only

●Region leader should inform applicant tag up once [Accepted] decision made, and !set new member to level 3 for probation. Please double confirm applicant GUID, IP before using the !set command

●4 weeks probation is a must for new member. If new member are found not possessing 4 prerequisite requirements, please [REJECT] it

●Region leader should delete application post after 8 weeks from the application date

●Top management always respect Region Leader’s decision. But final right of the recruitment decision and amendment of this guideline are reserved
